Cherrie Yee is an expert on small and medium enterprises. She has over 10 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial involving foreign companies, local companies as well as private companies. She is also a company secretary of several private companies. Cherrie is well versed in several languages including English, Mandarin, Hokkien, Cantonese and Bahasa.
She has had the opportunity to work with numerous clients of diverse geographic locations in Asia, USA, UK, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East, South Korea, China and Japan. Her area of practice includes corporate secretarial due diligence exercises for company formation, restructuring, striking off, liquidation and application for Employment Pass and Dependent Pass for expatriates, support and advisory work in relation to compliance matters with the Singapore Companies Act, and the statutory obligations.
